05df4c0dd8 chore(server): reformat code and improve mise tooling config 
- Normalise le style (guillemets doubles, black/ruff)
- mise.toml : ajoute [tools], tâches dev/clean, port par défaut
- server.py : fallback PORT via variable d'environnement

2fb3621053 refactor: rename directories to kebab-case and clean up project structure 
Rename CMDB -> cmdb (submodule), GENERATEUR_CERTIFICATES -> cert-generator, GENERATEUR_SWITCH -> switch-config

Remove deleted CMDB files, switch config examples, proxy.sh, and pycache artifacts
Update all internal path references across HTML, JS, and Python files

bfc88f4afc Portail Infra : CMDB, générateur certificats & mapper VLAN switch 
Ajouts :
- Snapshots serveur de la base CMDB (auto + manuel, restauration)
- Import/Export CSV de l'inventaire

Préparation partage public :
- Données réelles (cmdb.db, snapshots, certs/clés privées) exclues via .gitignore
- Suppression des infos en dur (proxy, VLAN, configs switch exemples)
